Working with Royal London Asset Management we plan to deliver c.645,000 sq ft of high-quality employment space: - 14 flexible units designed for logistics, manufacturing & R&D - ESG-led development targeting BREEAM Outstanding - Prime location off the A45 with excellent connectivity and strategic access The first speculative phase is set to begin in Q3 2025, with units ready by autumn 2026. Redditch: - Construction of four new industrial units ranging from 10,000 to 67,475 sq ft - Refurbishment of a 61,800 sq ft unit, including a 2,200 sq ft office extension Milton Keynes: - Development of three new industrial units totaling 176,392 sq ft - One unit pre-let to a green-tech manufacturer Trinity are serving as Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Employers Agent on these projects. RBLI is looking to replace our current factory, home to Britain’s Bravest Manufacturing Company (BBMC) and veterans overcoming life-changing injuries, with a new purpose-built facility. The proposed new energy-efficient factory would improve productivity and provide the prospect of BBMC securing larger contracts, resulting in additional jobs for more veterans. Between 2pm and 7pm today at the Capel Morris Centre on RBLI’s village in Aylesford, a team will be on hand to answer questions with the proposals forming the basis of a planning application in due course. Demolition works are progressing well at M6DC Cannock, with the main structural demolition works, envelope removal and frame removal now complete and slab removal due to commence later this month. The 370,000sqft warehouse was damaged during a fire in 2024, and Trinity have been appointed as Project Manager, Cost Consultant and Employer’s Agent for the reinstatement works including full re-construction of the warehouse and office building, with construction works due to start in spring later this year.
