Trinova Secures Long-Term Lease with Property Market Analysis at 33 Kingsway
London, UK, 9th July 2024 – Trinova announces a new 15-year lease with Property Market Analysis, the leading independent global property research consultancy, for the recently repositioned office building at 33 Kingsway in London.
This significant new letting is the first since Trinova led the redevelopment of the 60,000sqft building on behalf of STARS REI. It highlights the quality, convenience, sustainability, and well-being credentials that 33 Kingsway offers.
The new entrance, reception, boutique-style end-of-journey facilities, autonomous gym with high-tech interactive equipment designed by Rolfe Judd Architecture, will offer amenities that set 33 Kingsway apart. The building is expected to achieve a BREEAM Excellent certification and has secured a Platinum Active Score accreditation, with on-floor EPC B ratings.
Property Market Analysis LLP will occupy the top floor of the 10-storey building, with another floor pre-let and advanced negotiations with two potential tenants, demonstrating the building’s popularity and the buoyancy of the Midtown occupier market.
"We are thrilled to welcome Property Market Analysis to 33 Kingsway," said Mike McCarrick, Head of Asset Management at Trinova. "Their long-term lease is a testament to the exceptional quality and sustainability features of our transformed building, as well as the variety of local amenities and strong transport links that Midtown offers."
"At STARS, we're delighted with the successful leasing of the 8th Floor to Property Market Analysis," said Felipe Bertoni, Senior Vice President at STARS. "This agreement is a culmination of our vision for the building's transformation, creating a high-quality and sustainable work environment. We're especially proud of the focus on employee well-being, a core value at STARS."
“We are excited to be moving to 33 Kingsway,” said Nick Price, Managing Partner at Property Market Analysis. “Taking a 15-year lease in a high-quality, sustainable building, with larger and more flexible floorspace, provides an attractive and collaborative working environment for our staff and will enhance PMA’s long-term development plans.”
