Trinova Secures Long-Term Lease with Property Market Analysis at 33 Kingsway London, UK, 9th July 2024 – Trinova announces a new 15-year lease with Property Market Analysis, the leading independent global property research consultancy, for the recently repositioned office building at 33 Kingsway in London. This significant new letting is the first since Trinova led the redevelopment of the 60,000sqft building on behalf of STARS REI. Property Market Analysis LLP will occupy the top floor of the 10-storey building, with another floor pre-let and advanced negotiations with two potential tenants, demonstrating the building’s popularity and the buoyancy of the Midtown occupier market.
