🚨 It gives us IMMENSE pleasure to announce the appointment of Lucy Hart - Executive Strategy Director - The Romans - as our 2nd Advisory Board member 💯🔥 Lucy left school at 17 with a few grades and a vague notion of getting a job in media…somehow. After elbowing her way into jobs in radio and newspapers she landed work experience in a PR agency in Liverpool and never looked back. Fast forward 20 years and Lucy is a leading strategist in the PR and communications industry working for global and UK brands helping them define who they need to reach, what they need to say and how they can win in the battle for attention. She has designed succinct, smart strategies for many of the world’s favourite brands including most recently LEGO, Primark, Just Eat and Heinken and is Executive Strategy Director at the UK’s most awarded creative communications agency, The Romans. Lucy’s life mantra is “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take” and she tries to live up to that ethos of dogged determination & a dose of ‘F*** IT’, every day. Lucy is also (unofficially - challengers welcomed) the strongest strategist in the business, practicing CrossFit and being a single mum to two sports-mad sons. *it won’t be long before we get Lucy to ‘crossover’ to calisthenics tho ;) With Lucy’s inspiring journey and unshakable determination, she embodies everything we stand for here at TSP: ambition, resilience, and rewriting the rules. Her addition to our Advisory Board marks another leap forward as we build something genuinely groundbreaking. Please welcome Lucy to the team 🥳 ONWAAAAAARDS 💪 #thespartanproject #tsp #advisoryboard #newappointment #youthempowerment #thejourney #notforprofit Luke Martyn Thabo Christian

Creativity isn't just about making art; it's about expressing yourself, finding your voice, and discovering new ways to tackle challenges. Jason Alfred-Palmer a talented videographer and creative, breaks it down in simple terms: a creative outlet is essential for your mental health, personal growth, and overall happiness. Whether it's through movement, art, music, or film; creative expression allows you to release emotions, connect with others, and see the world from a fresh perspective. For a young mind in particular, creative development is an absolute game changer. It's not just about having a hobby, it's about building tools for resilience, self-discovery, and empowerment. 🤔 What happens when two gym regulars step into a Spartan Project workout? We recently caught up with Tobi and Juan after their first session, and the results speak for themselves: they absolutely smashed it! Not only did they push their limits, but they also walked away with brand-new skills they never thought they’d master. This is the power of community. At The Spartan Project, we believe in creating spaces where people can grow, connect, and surprise themselves with what they’re capable of. Whether it’s mastering a calisthenics move or simply showing up, the encouragement and energy from those around you make all the difference. In fact our sessions are more than workouts; they’re a place to challenge yourself, support others, and leave feeling stronger inside and out. Want to experience it for yourself?
