As countries meet at COP16 Colombia to discuss the Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF), we are putting the spotlight on the role of nature at Tullow. Often referred to as the “Paris agreement for nature”, the GBF aims to halt and reverse biodiversity loss by 2030. It also plays a big role in helping us to achieve the other Paris agreement – to mitigate climate change. As a responsible environmental steward, Tullow recognises that it is important to protect nature and avoid negative impacts on the ecosystems we all rely on. We do this in partnership with our host governments and communities. 🐋 In Ghanaian waters, Tullow implemented designated flight and vessel routes to our offshore operations that avoid flying birds and preserve the marine ecosystem. We are proud that our latest marine environmental survey demonstrated no significant negative impacts on marine life. 🔧 Since 2016, Tullow invested more than $500mn to decommission assets responsibly. Our specialist teams ensure that all operations are left hydrocarbon-free to protect both ecosystems and communities. At Tullow, we will continue to protect and, where possible, enhance our natural world. Across our Group we’ve completed work to determine our nature-related dependencies, impacts, risks and opportunities, and integrate nature into our decision-making processes. Next year, we will publish our first report following the recommendations of Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) Find out more about our environmental stewardship on https://shorturl.at/IzAns #COP16 #Sustainability #TullowOil #Biodiversity #Nature

Kudos to the team for their dedication to creating an environment where students can thrive. #Tullow #BuildingaBetterFuture #QualityEducation
A smile on a student’s face is worth a thousand words. It signals that something has sparked their heart or stirred their mind. Secondary schools have long been the breeding ground for the world’s future leaders, and this is just as true in West Africa as anywhere else. In Ghana, the secondary school system is an adventure in transformation. However, for students to truly thrive in these schools, the environment needs to feel like home — a place of comfort, peace, and opportunity. For "day" students, this means vibrant classrooms with proper ventilation, ample resources, and an atmosphere that fosters learning. Great work Tullow Ghana
We commissioned a fully furnished 6-unit girls' dormitory and 2-bedroom Housemistress bungalow, for the Methodist Senior High School in the Western region. This is in line with our 5-year US$10m commitment to quality education in Ghana. Our goal is to invest in classroom and dormitory infrastructure for 15 Senior High schools spread across the country. 12 schools have so far benefited from the initiative since it was established in 2021. The joy and appreciation we received from the students, community and related stakeholders was priceless.

Operational excellence is a key component of Tullow’s strategy and access to high-quality data is crucial to achieving this. Members of the Tullow team were recently invited to speak at the EnergySys Limited User Forum in Aberdeen to share their experience of rolling out a cloud-native hydrocarbon accounting platform that manages Tullow’s production, forecasting and offtakes across operated and non-operated assets. During the event, Chief Digital Information Officer Kate Daly and Head of Petroleum Engineering Patrick Jennings spoke with other industry professionals about the implementation and utilisation of the EnergySys platform which Tullow has personalised into a comprehensive suite of Power BI dashboards – a first for this well-used industry platform. This approach has brought the data to life and made it widely accessible on both desktop and mobile platforms to various parts of the business. Tullow’s insights were well received and sharing the experience highlighted the industry’s collaborative drive to innovate and enhance operational efficiency, using cutting-edge software solutions.🤝 #Tullow #Hydrocarbon #Energy
