It was great to have you Yves, feel free to come back and visit anytime!
Happy 40th anniversary, Reflections! Last week, I was thrilled to join our teams from both Ubisoft Reflections and Ubisoft Leamington to attend their Future Session event. It was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate their meaningful contributions, both on transversal tech projects and on several games like The Division 2, Avatar or Assassin's Creed Nexus. I was impressed by the quality of the work presented to me during my visit. A big thank you to all of you for all the energy and passion you put in our games!

Last week marked an incredible milestone, as our two studios, Ubisoft Leamington and Ubisoft Reflections, came together to celebrate Reflections’ 40th anniversary, and our annual Future Session in one amazing event! We had the pleasure of being joined by Yves Guillemot, our CEO, making this year even more special 🎉 This year’s theme, Inspiring Change, was explored through insightful talks from all of our speakers. Lisa Opie, Benedikt Grindel, Connor Crossland, and Ife Thomas shared their unique experiences on how the theme resonates with them, and the work they do day-to-day 💭 We also heard from some of our team members, Paul Dykes, Vicky Latham-Ross, Edgar Vilela Gadbem, Rubén Crispín De la Cruz, each sharing their take on this year’s theme. Their talks varied from personal change, to changes within their projects 💡 We wrapped up the day with the Team Player Awards, where we celebrated our team members and their incredible achievements over the past 12 months 🏆 👏 For the evening event, we headed over to the Tyneside Cinema to get on our dancing shoes. There were films, games on the big screens, karaoke, casino tables, DJ set, and of course, what’s a birthday party without cake? 🤩 We also got the chance to look at the newly installed mural, celebrating the legacy of Reflections over the past 40 years (take a sneak peak below!) A fun fuelled, action packed day for us! We already can’t wait for next year! #REF40 #FutureSession #LifeAtUbisoft

I'm so pleased to share that I'm celebrating 15 years at Ubisoft Reflections, in the same year as the studio celebrates it's 40th anniversary! 🥳 When I started at the studio in 2009 I had no idea that I'd have the opportunity to recreate the infamous Driver car park tutorial in Driver: San Francisco. Or that I would be scripting the game's E3 demo and be attending E3 in LA for the game's first reveal in 2010. Definitely a career highlight for me very early on! I'm immensely proud of all the games I've been able to contribute to (Driver: San Francisco, Watch Dogs, The Division 1, 2 and Underground DLC) working on design teams with some of the finest people in the industry. Bring on the next 15 years! ❤🎮

Sometimes, the most unexpected moments remind us why we love what we do. A few months ago, our team at Ubisoft Reflections received a letter that instantly brightened up our day. It wasn’t from a seasoned gamer or an industry professional, but from a young boy named Alexey, just 5 years old. His letter wasn’t just adorable, it also contained a surprisingly detailed bug report for our game, Grow Home. Alexey’s letter was simple yet full of enthusiasm. He introduced himself, explained the bug he found, and even included step-by-step instructions on how to replicate it, with screen captures from the game. Read Alexey's letter, and our response below! 👇
