𝑴𝒆𝒆𝒕 𝒂𝒏 𝑨𝒓𝒆𝒂 𝑺𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒔 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒓: 𝑰𝒂𝒏 𝑹𝒐𝒈𝒂𝒏 📍 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞? Each day differs greatly in terms of my role. After an early morning run, I plan for the day ahead in terms of on-site customer appointments, which are usually around four per day, depending on the locality. Between visits, I deal with emails, phone calls, and queries from customers or internal queries from our internal support teams, either Customer Services or Business Development. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐭 𝐔𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦? I enjoy being part of the Uform team. I get great satisfaction from the way that as a company, we can make a difference to both the business life of a customer and their personal life. This can take many forms as we constantly strive to improve our processes and systems to save customers time and money. 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐞 𝐔𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦? As an employer, I would describe Uform as fast-paced, professional, creative, forward-thinking and hugely empathetic and supportive towards its employees. The mentorship I have received from various senior and junior colleagues has been immense. I am continually learning from everyone within the organisation.
