☁️ Microsoft Licensing Updates: Key changes you need to know ☁️ Our Microsoft Licensing Guru, Ian Gerrard highlights below the crucial updates in Microsoft pricing and licensing that could affect your business this year. 👉 January 1, 2025: Certain Enterprise Agreements (EA) will no longer be eligible for renewal. 👉 February 1, 2025: Cloud pricing for customers transacting in British Pounds will be reduced by 5-6%, aligning with global USD pricing. 👉 April 1, 2025: Monthly billing plans will see a 5% increase compared to annual upfront payments. Teams Phone will have its first price adjustment since 2017 (E5 subscriptions remain unaffected). What does this mean for your organisation ⬇️ The UK price reduction is good news, but the changes to monthly billing and EA renewals highlight the importance of reviewing your licensing strategy now.
