This week saw UKSPA - The United Kingdom Science Park Association celebrate its 40th Anniversary at University of Warwick, Warwick Conferences. A busy first day, packed with distinguished speakers and insightful sessions, was topped off with a Gala dinner and Awards ceremony where #UKSPA celebrated the success of its many members. With awards in 14 different categories up for grabs, UWSP were recognised for their inspiring partnership work with stakeholders across the region. 🏆✨️ #UKSPA40

Rugby Borough Council recently organised a very successful networking event that was well attended by a wide selection of #Rugby based enterprises. The event was supported by presentations from the region’s various Business Growth Warwickshire providers and some of the organisation who have so far benefited from their advice.   In this 2-minute interview, Ian McFarlane-Toms, Programme Manager for Business Ready, one of the six Business Growth Warwickshire support strands, provides a brief insight into the type of support they offer. Business Ready is part-funded by the UK Government through #UKSPF and Warwickshire County Council.

It was fantastic to attend the UKSPA - The United Kingdom Science Park Association 40th anniversary event at University of Warwick Science Park. We had a tour of some the fantastic buildings around the campus. The science innovation is very cool. They even have a complete gaming area you can hire out for team building events. Which also doubles up as recreation space for the students. Habit Action Science are pleased to be one of the headline sponsors of this event.

Carter Jonas has been appointed as the sole property adviser on the University of Warwick's innovation campus across four strategic locations in the West Midlands. The sites include the University of Warwick Science Park campus, the Business Innovation Centre in Binley, the Warwick Innovation Centre in Warwick and the Blyth Valley Innovation Centre in Solihull, comprising over 280,000 sq ft of lab, office and workshop space.   Find out more: https://lnkd.in/eCbdbTs8

3SK, based at Warwick Innovation Centre, is going for #global growth as it looks to help countries around the world prioritise safety over low costs in their manufacturing after worldwide increases in safety recalls. The company works with a variety of #automotive, #aerospace, and other industries to either help them improve #safety in their systems, or works with them to design a safe system from scratch.
