You'll manage staff on aircraft cleaning inspections, identify training needs, and conduct staff assessments. 📅 Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off ⏰ Working Hours: 6am - 6pm 🚀 Key Responsibilities: * Strategic decision-making * Adhere to procedures and policies * Ensure on-time aircraft services * Manage regulatory paperwork * Assist with aircraft appearance duties * Resolve operational issues * Inspect equipment for safety * Attend mandatory training * Lead by example 📍 Location: Birmingham Airport Candidates must have a full manual UK driving licence held for 1 year or more.
