About us
We run classes from various community venues across Caerphilly, Blaenau Gwent and Torfaen as well as our fully kitted 10,000 square foot gymnastics facility at Crumlin. We offer a wide range of disciplines from Artistic Gymnastics men & women , Rhythmic Gymnastics, Freestyle Gymnastics free running , General Gymnastics for all ages and Cheerleading, all delivered by fully qualified, specialist coaches instructors.
