🎉 We are thrilled to announce that our Putney Riverside Extension has been recognised as the ‘2024 Home Transformation of the Year (over 2500 square feet)’ at the prestigious British Homes Awards. Attending the ceremony at the Grosvenor House was a true honour, and we are humbled to celebrate among some of the most remarkable names in the British homebuilding industry. Our project was praised for its innovative design and thoughtful transformation. As one juror put it: "I love how the poorly proportioned top floor of the rear projection has been given unexpected height that adds a heroic scale to the rear elevation that would otherwise focus on the ground floor. We are excited to announce that VATRAA Architecture has been shortlisted for the Stephen Lawrence Prize 2024 for our Southwark House Transformation project, led by our partner, Anamaria Rusu. The Stephen Lawrence Prize, established in memory of the aspiring architect Stephen Lawrence, honours projects that embody social value, community impact, and innovative design by early-career architects.
