At Venchi, our passion for chocolate goes hand in hand with our commitment to innovation and operational excellence. That's why we are excited to team up with Politecnico di Torino as part of the Simulation of Managerial Systems course. 🍫 This collaboration marks the beginning of an exciting Lean Manufacturing project focused on optimizing our production processes. Over the next few months, groups of students will work on this challenge, diving deep into real-world applications and exploring ways to enhance our operations. Their efforts will culminate in a final presentation in June where they will showcase the innovative solutions they have developed! 🚀 A huge thank you to Professor arianna alfieri and Claudio Castiglione for their invaluable support in making this opportunity possible.
