At last, Parliament has debated electric vehicles with a proper discussion on the damaging Zev Mandate. This speech, by respected former trade union leader, Lord Tony Woodley, is a brilliant explanation of the dangers of not reforming the ZEV Mandate and contains some really good ideas. It’s worth watching by everyone who cares about the UK automotive sector.
