About us
We, Victoria Healthcare Management are an independent and experienced brokers, specialising in Private Medical Insurance (PMI) for individuals and companies across the country. We thrive on customer service and each client, regardless of size, receives the same high standard we like to deliver. We work with all the major and some of the smaller insurers and review our clients policies year on year, which also includes negotiating with the existing provider to ensure each client receives the most cost effective premium available to them. Our office is based in Eastbourne, East Sussex, but we have clients based all across the country. We provide a concierge service to our clients which includes a complimentary claims management service. At times we will also visit clients with the insurers to present to companies and their employees on how to utilise their cover and the value added services included. We do not charge a fee for our service as we will receive some renumeration from the insurer. This does not affect the amount a client will pay. We are a close team with all the same work ethics which is essentially to help individuals and companies to save money, time and have a real understanding of their health policy, which has been tailored to best meet their needs.
