Customer Service is Alive and Thriving: Meet Our Award-Winning Champions In a world where automated responses and impersonal interactions often dominate the customer experience landscape, it's refreshing to encounter companies that truly prioritise the needs and satisfaction of their customers. That's why we launched the Customer Experience Awards, a rigorous competition designed to recognise and celebrate the outstanding achievements of businesses in Sussex industry. Through a comprehensive mystery shopping program involving 100 exhibitors, we assessed customer service performance across a variety of key metrics which included making phone calls to customers, emailing the sales and technical teams to see how companies responded and used their chatbox's on websites to gauge response times. In the end we had 10 finalists, and this was pushed down to 3 winners after more phone calls and emails were made. 1st Place Victoria Healthcare Management, congratz to Vicki Nicol and team. 2nd Place Clearline Recruitment with Andy Stenning, Angela Potter & Robyn Lach.
