I'm really proud of this fantastic work, created by a couple of curious, innovative super stars in my team and the brilliant team at Vidsy! It all started with a brilliant pitch from Liam Allen-Tierney in my team, that included everything from bumble bees and their waggle dance, to snippets from Mad Men, to quotes from his hero Rory Sutherland to outline why BT Business needed to innovate and move into Creator Generated Content (CGC) to support our customer-centric Digital Marketing activity. Fast forward 6 months and we've now successfully delivered CGC content for a Samsung mobile launch, a Broadband connectivity campaign and have a couple more lined up in the next couple of months and the results are looking very promising - we are now showing up in more of the places our small business customers are hanging out and reaching a new audience!
