Today we're looking back at the incredible VIOOH Week we held this January, where we brought all of our VIOOHers together from across the globe, uniting our UK, USA, China and Australian teams. This entire week we dedicated time towards connecting, learning, sharing, and creating plans together as one VIOOH team 🤗 As we embrace this next chapter of VIOOH, it's crucial to take a moment to connect, create unforgettable memories, and celebrate all our hard-earned achievements 💪 Some of our key highlights included... 👥 Gathering 150+ employees together! 📈 Deep diving into our strategic goals by department for 2025 💡 Learning how we can, as one, as VIOOH scale from good to great with our guest speaker, James Peach 🧱 Getting serious play in and learning how to battle challenges, with some help from Make Happy and Serious Play with LEGO 💌 Sharing the love with our fellow colleagues in our #YouareVIOOHtiful workshop 🌏 And not to forget, having a panel of own VIOOHers who have shared their growth experiences and life working as an international employee A huge thank you to all of our presenters, organisers and of course our VIOOHers for making our second 'VIOOH Week' another one to remember.
