The Vision for Volunteering explores how volunteering must adapt and evolve over the next ten years.
About us
The Vision for Volunteering is a ten-year vision that sets out how volunteering must adapt and evolve in the years to come. It explores how volunteering is changing in a changing world, what volunteers really need to be able to make their most effective contributions and how we tackle some of volunteering's most long-standing inequalities. It tackles five key themes - awareness and appreciation of volunteering; power; equity and inclusion; collaboration; and experimentation.

📢 EXPERIMENTATION in Trusteeship 💡 Last week was #SmallCharityWeek and we were delighted to join our friends at Community Foundation serving Tyne & Wear and Northumberland and Getting On Board to discuss how making small, experimental changes in Trustee spaces can improve experience (Trustees are volunteers too!) and outcomes for organisations - especially small charities. It was great to share space with Jumara Stone , Catherine Hemingway and Shaminder Rai and listen to their brilliant stories, experiences and ideas around embracing experimentation and change. Huge thanks to Colette Harrison and Penny Wilson for inviting us to collaborate! #VisionForVolunteering Check out our session write up (and not to mention some excellent ideas of things to test out where you are) below! ⬇ https://lnkd.in/eJPYRhSn
