🛏️ Insights from the South West Visitor Economy Hub’s latest report show that 54% of overnight visitors to Devon booked directly with accommodation providers in September, while nearly half of online bookings were made through Booking.com and Airbnb. Interestingly, 29% of these bookings were made just four weeks or less before travelling, reflecting a trend towards shorter lead times. This shift in booking patterns offers an important context for understanding how travellers are planning their stays in Devon.
