Vodafone Business IoT will be partnering with e&, the telecommunications arm of global technology group e&, to supply automative IoT connectivity services to Mercedes-Benz in the UAE 🚗 Vodafone’s global SIM+ eSIM solution will provide seamless in-vehicle connectivity and enhanced digital services for drivers, such as personalised infotainment. e& will grant access to its extensive coverage in the UAE, as well as advanced IoT capabilities through its mobile network to Vodafone Business IoT customers. Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay, a day to raise awareness about mental health issues and promote the support available for those struggling, as well as those caring for someone with mental health issues. Mental health is all about realising your potential, coping with life's stresses, working productively, and contributing to your community. Just like physical health, there are things we can all do to look after our mental health, and different techniques work for different people. From running, cycling or reading a book in the garden, we heard from some of our people on what they do to manage their mental health and why they feel it is so important. Pairpoint, Vodafone and Sumitomo Corporation’s Economy of Things business, and Mastercard have launched a new payments service which will allow fleet, freight, shipping, and logistics operators to authorise machines to trade with other machines on their behalf. Pairpoint-enabled devices will be assigned standards-based digital identities stored in their SIMs, which will enable their interaction and trade with other approved devices on Pairpoint’s platform 📶 The service leverages Vodafone’s global Internet of Things (IoT) platform, Sumitomo’s industrial strength, and Mastercard’s Gateway’s payment solutions.  It will be available in the UK later this year, followed by expansion into Europe.
