ABOUT US WA Management is a long standing management consultancy established in 1981 and built on the principles of integrity and professionalism. This is reinforced by the processes and procedures embedded within the company which are externally certified to ISO 9001:2015. For more than 30 years, WA Management has delivered services directly to the client or through the Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS) across different industries throughout the UK, Ireland and the Middle East. This work is undertaken within various industries ranging from manufacturing and construction through to transportation and service providers. We pride ourselves in the long term working relationships we establish with clients who have been introduced to us, either personally or by external bodies, some of whom we have worked with for over 20 years.

They heard from Director of Diverse Matters Natasha Broomfield-Reid and Wing Commander Robert Williams, WM RFCA about Equity, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.

From October 2024 the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Bill will strengthen the existing protection for workers against sexual harassment. This new law places a new duty on employers to take ‘reasonable steps’ to prevent sexual harassment. Tribunals will have the power to increase compensation by up to 25% if they find an employer has breached this duty. Today is Restart a Heart Day ❤️ This year, the focus is on getting as many people as possible trained in CPR and defibrillation skills, using RevivR, a free online training tool. Over 30,000 cardiac arrests happen outside of hospital every year in the UK, with a survival rate of less than 1 in 10 people.
