Nine QEST - Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust Scholars, each representing a different craft discipline—from weaving and millinery to sculptural textiles—explore the possibilities of reimagined materials. Using fabrics from the Zoffany x Benedict Foley Entrance Hall at WOW!House, including Zoffany’s Wool Satin and Long Gallery Brocade, these artworks invite reflection on the interplay between tradition and innovation. Ultimately, they challenge us to consider: What becomes creatively possible when we give materials a second life? We are excited to open our doors at York Art Gallery for The Art of Wallpaper exhibition, celebrating the exquisite Morris & Co. archive and the lasting legacy of William Morris. This exhibition showcases original archive documents, with each room featuring a different Morris & Co. paint. It’s a truly wonderful and inspiring experience, highlighting the timeless beauty and innovation of Morris’ work. The exhibition, presented by Dovecot Studios, is open until February, so we hope to see you there!

Last week, Hannah Bowen, Head of Creative, had the pleasure in joining Henry Holland in Atlanta and NYC for our US Roadshow, launching the collection with our American team. From panel talks to glamorous dinners, it was inspiring to see the collection’s versatility shine in new settings. We kicked off with a dinner and panel talk in Atlanta at ADAC, followed by a tablescaping session at Jerry Pair & Associates. The roadshow wrapped up with a vibrant dinner in New York, co-hosted with the DLN, celebrating the collection's US debut.  A special thank you to Jerry Pair, Henry and all our wonderful guests for making this week truly unforgettable!

It was a pleasure to wrap up last week with an inspiring two-day Commercial Conference. Building on the energy of our earlier Stateside event, it was fantastic to come together and explore the rich heritage of our brands alongside new commercial opportunities via digital platforms. A huge thank you to everyone who attended—exciting times ahead for Sanderson Design Group!

Yesterday evening we had the pleasure of co-hosting an exclusive event at Toklas, London, in collaboration with ELLE Decor, to celebrate Harlequin x Henry Holland. Described as ‘a match made in design heaven,’ Harlequin x Henry Holland introduces a textural collection of fabric and wallpaper for AW24. We can't wait to see these designs transform homes across the globe! A heartfelt thank you to Ben Spriggs, Henry, the amazing teams at Harlequin and ELLE Decoration, and everyone who joined us for such a memorable evening. This is only the beginning!

We're proud to share that several of our team members from our Design Team, Customer Services, Anstey Wallpaper Factory, Standfast & Barracks, and our warehouse have successfully completed and passed their CMI qualifications🎉.   Congratulations to Neive Zollino, Nicola Boswell, Samual Bradshaw, Tina Wiggins, Flora Daly, Claire Greenfield, Charlotte Gibson, Rebecca Pye, Eve Thomson, Ella Hall, Alan Ireland, and Karolina Bienkowska, who all achieved distinction in their CMI Level 3 in Leadership and Management.   At Sanderson Design Group, supporting talent development is central to our values, and we’re proud to see these team members grow in their careers.   Congratulations to all on these well-deserved accomplishments!

This collaboration is a meeting of creative minds who share the love of building texture through layering natural, organic forms.
