Ward is proud to support Living Wage Week. This year focuses on recognising employers who have taken ‘a step beyond’ by becoming Living Wage accredited and paying a real Living Wage. As a Recognised Service Provider, this week we celebrate, alongside 15,000 Living Wage accredited employers, the movement for fair wages and paying employees a real Living Wage – the only UK wage rate based on the cost of living, ensuring employees can afford to cover their everyday needs. With the rise in costs, it’s never been more important. Together we encourage others to join the movement through raising awareness of what the Living Wage is, the impact it can have and why it’s so important. As the year is rapidly coming to an end, our focus turns to our annual Star Awards which is taking place in just under 5 months 🌟 Year on year we celebrate the outstanding work of the individuals and teams across the business. Ward is pleased to share that it is partnering with Workman LLP this festive season to support Cancer Support UK by collecting donations of new and pre-loved clothes that the charity will gift to those in need. It’s officially the season of giving, and we’re delighted with this opportunity to be able to support adults and children in the UK with our donations.
