🏆 With just over a week to go until the Brick Development Association (BDA)'s Brick Awards, WE ARE excited to showcase another shortlisted project: Plot 6 at Perry Barr, a key part of the lasting legacy of the 2022 Commonwealth Games! This ambitious phase of the Perry Barr masterplan is transforming the area with 268 modern, sustainable apartments designed for the extra care market. The development, by Glancy Nicholls Architects, features communal spaces, rooftop gardens and commercial units, all designed to meet high accessibility standards. The façade combines traditional and modern elements, with Ibstock’s Ivanhoe Cream Original bricks chosen for their timeless, elegant look. This project is playing a significant role in revitalising Perry Barr into a vibrant, sustainable community.
