    Do Prime Members Get Same Day Delivery to the Office 👇 Over the past decade, it’s been hard to argue with Amazon’s business decisions 🏎️ Last week, it shocked many outside #Amazon to hear the announcement that corporate employees need to return to the office five days a week 😲 Financial services firms had also moved into five days a week. Amazon had already shifted to three days a week 🪪 In my experience managing teams of up to 45 people remotely and hybrid 👉 I heard from many team members that hybrid was preferred 👉 We asked the teams to help us define this policy as #COVID-19 waned  👉 We then provided flexibility and monitored performance to see if it dipped 🤔  Business results and employee engagement went up. This follows many studies that showed the same results Is Amazon right or wrong? We will have to wait to see what the future holds for their employee retention and business results.
