Thousands of people struggle with the digitalisation of essential service. Often, they lack the digital skills, confidence, or a device/internet to access the online world in the first place. 📵 Aileen was one of these people. She was hesitant about online banking, worried that her limited digital skills would render her unsafe and open to scams.
