Our team was entrusted to design, manufacture and distribute a new in-store customer assistance podium, connecting Boots customers and colleagues via VoCoVo software. The brief? A simple yet effective, safety-complaint design with no visual distraction that could be easily distributed to nationwide stores. The result? A modest, stable podium with a bold and impactful call-to-action above a central assistance button, delivered flat-packed or fully assembled via the courier network. The feedback?
