We want to lowball you based on your current pay. Is the literal translation of: "Sorry, We Don't Provide Salary Ranges" It's 2024, people.... This outdated practice needs to go!! Why?... It wastes everyone's time It perpetuates pay inequity It screams "We're not transparent" In some places, it's becoming illegal Smart companies are catching on.
