Incredible coverage in The Times today of our latest initiative to think sustainably. Sustainability is at the core of who we are at Christy. For the last 35 years, Christy has proudly provided the Official Championship Towels for Wimbledon, which have now become an icon of the two-week tennis celebration. As a brand, we practice, amongst other tools, one of the most simplistic measures to make something sustainable, to give it longevity. It's paramount to us that our towels, linens, and products can withstand generational use. The new 'Heirloom Collection' launching with the bag this year, typifies this sentiment, it re-purposes and up-cycles a time-stamped piece of memorabilia into something new, fun, and useful. Though it's rare to have any remaining towels after the spectators have come down from the adrenaline of a match point and made a purchase, this collection gives any surplus stock purpose. So any thoughts on what next year's upcycled product could be?
