The shortlist for the Actum Group Private Equity Value Creation Awards has been announced, and we’re thrilled to announce that WestBridge has been shortlisted in two categories. Our exit from Eque2 Ltd has been shortlisted in the Value Creation Deal of the Year (Upper-Mid Deal) category, while our on-going work with environmental consultancy, APEM Group, has been shortlisted for the Value Creation Expansion Award. Now in their third year, the awards celebrate outstanding achievements in private equity and recognise those who have demonstrated exceptional contributions across a diverse range of areas, including deals, revenue and growth strategies, people and organisational development. Underpinning everything is the contribution private equity makes to value creation. Winners will be announced on Thursday 20 March.
