Important Update for Wheels for All Salford 🚲 Throughout November, our inclusive cycling sessions will be moving to Saturday's instead of the usual Friday! What a day at Kidz to Adultz North held at Manchester Central 😊🚲 Wheels For All staff and volunteers promoted what we do to Parents/ Carers and organisations - whilst asking attendees what word describes inclusive cycling with alot of inspirational responses. Really pleased to have been able to represent Wheels For All at today's #CyclingPolicyandPraticeinGreaterManchester event Walk Ride Greater Manchester From the two panels, I attended - they highlighted some great points and there were alot of great questions. Alot of the points raised really resinated with me around the need for a better infrastructure, the potential ripple effects of projects in communities and the need to do more around inclusion. There were also some great quotes from the panel : 🚲 A healthy choice needs to be the easy choice and the unhealthy choice should be the hard choice 🚲There is no health without health 🚲 We ride to our work but we eat, sleep and learn to cycle It is always great to link up with organisations present such as the RNIB, catch up with colleagues I have met so far and now look forward to following up on discussions 🚲☺️
