🤝 A game changer of a deal for our travel division 🤝 I'm delighted to announce that Good Travel Management | Your Human-Led Corporate Travel Team (GTM) and CT Travel Group Ltd (CTTG) have joined forces to establish a new ~£85m turnover travel group. This strategic move, backed by the now majority investor in both businesses, John Good Group | Growing Businesses Together, has been completed to accelerate each business' aggressive growth plans in the Business Travel, Incentive, Groups & Events, Trade Missions and Leisure Travel markets. I'm delighted to welcome Mark Kempster, Clare Collins, Thomas Kempster to the group and pleased that they will remain as shareholders in this new entity, as well as playing major roles in the leadership and shaping the future direction for the combined businesses. I'd also like to extend a warm welcome to the rest of the CTTG team. I look forward to meeting you all and working with you to fulfil our combined ambition. With brilliant talent in the existing GTM business, including Laura Busby, Julie Ornsby and David North, the coming together of two long-standing organisations has all the ingredients to do something very special in the travel industry. I can not wait to get started. Our travel advisory team at White Hart Associates were delighted to support eSky Group, owner of a leading travel platform in Central and Eastern Europe, with obtaining the necessary travel regulatory approvals for their acquisition of Thomas Cook from Fosun Tourism Group.   From advising eSky on its original application for an ATOL, to supporting with their acquisition of this iconic travel brand, it has been a busy and exciting year. We now look forward to watching this new chapter for Thomas Cook unfold, which offers strong strategic alignment with their new owners and lays the foundation for exciting growth opportunities.   Congratulations to all those involved, including the respective eSky and Thomas Cook senior leadership teams.   WHA is expected to surpass double-digit instructions for M&A advisory support in the UK travel sector in 2024 and we expect a flurry of activity to take place ahead of the Autumn Budget announcement on 30 October. 50 years is a real benchmark! The team were thrilled to celebrate Chris Photi's 50 year anniversary with White Hart Associates, against the backdrop of the 144 On The Hill at the Richmond Hill Hotel. Chris Photi has instilled the principals of hard work, diligence, professionalism and client care which has made White Hart Associates the practice it is today. His dynamic approach to his work inspires the entire team and we wholeheartedly thank him for the lead he continues to set. O captain, my captain!

A massive well done Chloe Ochiltree, from the entire team at White Hart Associates for completing your half marathon in such a great time. All of that hard work and training certainly paid off! What an incredible charity to support as well. 🏃♂️ Exciting News! 🏃♀️ I wanted to send a huge thank you to all of you who donated to my half marathon and offered such kind words of support! I completed it on Sunday with a time of 2 hours and 16 minutes. It was one of the toughest experiences, haha, but incredibly rewarding. Together, we managed to raise an amazing £1100 for Alder Hey Children's Charity! I couldn't have done it without your generosity and encouragement.
