Using our well established network of high net worth individuals, family offices, hedge funds and the whole market when required, we will get your project funded, even when banks or other lenders say no. We are always clear, open and honest and will ensure that we communicate clearly and fully with you throughout the process. Even when you have drawn funds, we will still be here to help you should problems arise. Each loan is tailor made to the individual requirement of the client. We don’t have rigid criteria and we don’t reject enquiries just because the don’t tick all boxes.
