Meet the Team! Catherine, Annabel and Sue are three members of the Polypal repairs and maintenance team. Handling everything from urgent make-safes to routine maintenance, they focus on the implementation of our projects, making sure that our customers have the latest details on repairs at their site. Sue leads Polypal’s team of four in providing our installation team with accurate instructions and best working practices to ensure we meet customer requirements, besides maintaining the highest standards of safety for all on-site, including branch staff, the general public, and the installation team themselves. After work has been completed, the implementation team liaise with customers to ensure that they are wholly satisfied with our efforts, organising any follow-up work should it arise.
