🚧 Wrapping up a great week on site in Fareham! 🚧 Progress is strong as we celebrate completing the warehouse slab for Unit 1, with work ongoing for Units 2 and 3. The M&E installations have reached height level across Units 1, 2, and 3, marking an exciting milestone. Externally, the ducting is complete, kerbs are on going and drainage is complete. On October 25th, we were delighted to achieve practical completion of 5 industrial units split into 21 single-storey sub warehouse units at Ian Marlow Centre in Leicester. This development, totalling 30,400 sqft of industrial space, represents our commitment to delivering high-quality, purpose-built facilities. The scheme will help meet the demand for commercial employment workspace for start-up and growing businesses within Leicester City. The project was successfully delivered on time and in budget in collaboration with Summers-Inman, Stephen George + Partners LLP, BSP Consulting Ltd and BWB Consulting Ltd for valued Client Brackley Property Developments Ltd and Leicester City Council. On Monday 21st October, Wilten held a Milestone Ceremony on site in Salford for Travis Perkins, the UK’s largest builders’ merchant, for the demolition, design and build of their new £4.3m, 34,720 sq. ft. trading branch. The ceremony marked the completion of earthworks and the commencement of construction of foundations. The scheme is on target to be completed within the 33-week programme, which ends in Q1 2025.
