What an incredible second day at eTail Connect Spring 2025! The energy was palpable as attendees arrived early, eager to dive into another round of insightful discussions and presentations. The day kicked off with a powerful keynote by Richard Lim, CEO of Retail Economics, who shared his vision on the evolving retail landscape: Engaging, selling, and retaining customers in 2025 and beyond. His presentation set the tone for a day filled with forward-thinking strategies and innovative approaches. One of the highlights was the fireside chat on Cracking the Gen Z code, which resonated deeply with attendees. The discussion explored developing omnichannel strategies that connect with digital natives and fuel global growth, a crucial topic for retailers looking to capture this influential demographic. AI in eCommerce took centre stage, with solution providers offering insights on embracing this transformative technology. The session provided valuable perspectives on how AI is reshaping the retail landscape and customer experiences. Celebrating the 10th anniversary of eTail Connect, we took a moment to reflect on the industry's transformation over the past decade.
