Bailey Partnership is proud to be working with Woking Borough Council to deliver essential fire safety and refurbishment works across their housing stock. Our team is leading on compliance works to 179 residential blocks, as well as on the refurbishment of 14 mid-rise residential blocks, ensuring they meet the highest safety and compliance standards while improving living conditions for residents.
With a strong focus on fire safety, façade remediation, and long-term resilience, we are supporting the council in delivering critical upgrades, including fire compartmentation works, improved fire doors, and safe façade systems. Our collaborative approach ensures projects are managed efficiently, with clear communication and best practice at every stage.
The works include:
✔ Fire safety upgrades – fire compartmentation improvements, fire door replacements, and enhanced detection systems
✔ Façade remediation – ensuring external walls meet the latest fire safety regulations
✔ Structural repairs and refurbishments – improving the longevity and resilience of the buildings
✔ Internal and external upgrades – including removal of asbestos
We’re delighted to be working with a local authority that is committed to proactive fire safety measures and high-quality housing for its residents. We look forward to continuing our work with Woking Borough Council to create safer, more resilient homes for the community.
