As AI is starting to become an integral part of our lives and our businesses, Karen will be talking about how AI can be helpful but also how it can present problems. She'll be giving practical examples, looking at the approach being taken by the Chartered Institute of Marketing and discussing Chat GPT and CoPilot. SEPTEMBER - Tuesday, 9th September - Evening Reducing stress in the upper body, with an expert physiotherapist OCTOBER - Tuesday, 7th October - Evening Member showcases and speed networking NOVEMBER -TBC - mid-November Annual Charity Luncheon (keep an eye for details of our guest speaker and chosen charity) DECEMBER - Thursday, 11th December - Evening Christmas Meal We'll be posting out more details about each networking session as soon as we have them......and we hope to see you at as many (if not all!) of them this year!

What an amazing Women in Business Hull event today. Thank you so much to the wonderful Karen Locking for her insights into AI and marketing, the pros and the cons! So many takeaways including: 💫 AI is here and it's here to stay 💫 We mustn't be frightened of it 💫 No more staring at a blank page 💫 It is an incredibly powerful tool which can save us lots of time - but we mustn't lose our authentic voice 💫 It can lie, so check your facts 💫 Try it out - and have a bit of fun with it! A fantastic first event for 2025 last night with the lovely Lisa McMurtry. It was great to see so many of you there! Loads of great takeaways about understanding stress and our reactions to it, how we can change our response to it and what we can do when things feel that little bit more challenging. And remember, put your own oxygen mask on first. We must look after ourselves, do the things that bring us joy and spend time with the people we love.
