Another season, another whole load of action from The Women’s Rugby Association. From over 200 hours of one-to-one player support and 100 hours of pro-bono legal advice from partner Morgan Sports Law, to the facilitation of a collective voice through our Players’ Board. A big thank you to all the people and partners who make this all possible.

Before announcing this season’s Women's Rugby Association Player Board, a huge thanks goes to the inaugural Reps for their support. Last season we set up the first collective player voice for the league and are proud of the progress made together in collaboration with The PWR and England Rugby.

The Women's Rugby Association was created to provide support and a collective voice for all PWR players. We are proud to share a summary of our 2022-23 Impact Report to illustrate what our support looks like. With the new PWR season now underway, we have more energy than ever to put into ensuring that all PWR players have the support they need and that the players’ collective voice shapes the future of the women’s domestic game in England.

It's been a busy start pre-season at the WRA, and just ahead of the Premiership Women's Rugby season launch and first matches this weekend, our CEO Danielle (Nolli) Waterman answers the big questions about what we get up to at what is the first Player Association of its kind dedicated solely to the women's domestic game in England 👊 🏉 What is the WRA? 🏉 What services do we offer to players? 🏉 What does it mean to have a collective voice? All important stuff. And if you're a PWR player, it's time to either renew your membership or join now for as little as £5 for this season. Nominate and vote for your club's Player Rep, have your say on the issues that affect you, and benefit from the unique support we offer from day one.
