🔄 Senior Leadership in Flux: How to Manage the Transition 🤔 If you're anxious about senior-level restructures, you're not the only one. Transitions are rocky for everyone, particularly when those at the top are affected. Our clients warn that even positive changes can turn sour without careful handling. One recently shared their angst about senior-level change when CFO, Aleksander, experienced challenges during his transition. But thanks to our bespoke Senior Executive Outplacement Programme, Aleksander quickly moved from feeling 'frustrated' to 'very positive'. Proof that moments of transition are opportunities to create life-long advocates for organisations. So don't risk letting change at a senior level unsettle your organisation. We can help with: ✅ Leadership coaching and creating a culture of personal development is a win-win retention strategy: leaders feel more committed to organisations that invest in their growth, and upskilling helps them lead teams more effectively. ✅ Onboarding coaching creates a positive first impression of the new company, boss and team, significantly impacting how well new joiners integrate, engage and succeed. ✅ Executive Outplacement reassures everyone when high-profile senior-level redundancies are the only option. Demonstrating that the organisation cares about employees at all career stages is invaluable for participants and those left behind. Contact Clare for advice or a no-obligation chat at hello@workingtransitions.com/ 01604 744101 - because the truth is, everyone needs a coach now and again.

🤔 Still not clear why you should be supporting Menopause in the workplace? 🗣️ Here's eight reasons you can't ignore. 1️⃣ Menopause affects everyone Women of menopausal age are the fastest growing demographic in the UK workforce. 63% say Menopause negatively impacts their performance at work. 2️⃣ Supportive ‘human’ conversations make the difference. Empowering line managers to engage in conversations with their teams and providing an effective framework ensures that affected individuals feel supported. 3️⃣ A healthy environment and culture. Reducing stigma creates an open, honest environment for all employees. 4️⃣ Retains talent critical to business success. One in four menopausal women has considered leaving work due to their symptoms. Providing adequate support can help retain experienced employees and reduce recruitment costs. 5️⃣ Career De-railer Physical and psychological symptoms can significantly disrupt a woman’s career. The average age of Menopause is 51, with symptoms often starting much earlier. Most women are still in their prime and are not yet 75% through their careers! 6️⃣ Economic Impact  Absenteeism, illness, and early departures may be linked to menopause issues, often without employers’ awareness, directly impacting an organisation’s bottom line. 7️⃣ Protecting against risk Sex, disability, and age are protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010. Recent tribunal cases have linked menopause to these protected characteristics. Changes to the Employment Rights Bill mean companies will soon need to demonstrate they offer guidance on Menopause, Health and Wellbeing. A proper process can protect your organisation. 8️⃣ Empowers women to work at their best Providing proper support and communicating openly allows women – and their teams – to perform at their best Ask us about our Menopause Consultancy sessions, Awareness Sessions, Coaching Programme for managers and Coaching Programmes for individuals on 01604744101 or hello@workingtransitions.com #MenopauseAwareness #WorldMenopauseDay

Chief Executive Officer at Empowering People Group

AI is dramatically reshaping workplace culture, and leaders need to tackle this transformation head-on. While AI brings exciting opportunities for innovation and efficiency, it also comes with challenges like job churn and employee anxiety. Companies must navigate these changes thoughtfully, using AI to enhance, not replace, roles. Continuous learning, clear communication, and robust training are crucial for integrating AI successfully. It’s not just about implementing new technology but also about maintaining trust, addressing fears, and ensuring that employees see AI as a tool for growth rather than a threat. Embracing AI means leading with empathy and clarity to create a positive, forward-thinking work environment. #AI #WorkplaceCulture #HR
