🥱 Wait, stop scrolling for a second. I work in an ageing industry and maybe you do too. But what can we do? Sometimes insurance has…well, a traditional reputation (or so I’ve heard) 🤭. So, I’m proud to be part of a business working to change that image and push boundaries to shape the future. You see, at Aventum Group, we aren’t just sitting around watching the future unfold around us. We are actively creating it. I mean, just earlier this year we flipped the concept of ‘corporate town hall’ on its head and created an event that included robot wars and building your own race car. 🤖 I’ll be the first to admit, few people leave school dreaming of a career in insurance. Me? I thought I wanted to work in *🙈* fashion. Oh, to be 18. Anyway, moving on from that, in celebration of Aventum being recognised as one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024, I wrote an article for the October issue of WorkL For Business. I got the chance to fully explore what Aventum is doing to attract the workforce of tomorrow and (hopefully) show that insurance can be a fulfilling and rewarding career. Really, it can! 😁 Check it out, from page 13, via the link below. 👇 #ContentWriter #FutureOfWork #Insurance
