We’re thrilled to share that we’re finalists in the UKCXA 24’ Awards for the ‘Customers at the Heart of Everything’ category! 📣   Our CX initiative helped our center managers refocus on building genuine emotional connections with customers. We collaborated with teams across the business to co-create and roll out these changes, leading to some fantastic results. By trimming down tasks that didn’t contribute to these connections, we saved one and a half hours each day—time we’re now spending directly with our customers.   That’s a whopping 9,004 extra hours a year spent making meaningful connections! Last month, we teamed up with Workspace customers Cult & Boutique (Wine Management) Limited for an unforgettable evening of sipping, swirling, and socializing at Canalot Studios! 🍷 We dove into an incredible selection of wines, learning how to taste, serve, and choose the best bottles.
