Ever feel like you are drowning in urgent tasks that don't actually move you forward? Well, most work falls into two categories: 🛑 Red Tasks: Must be done to maintain the status quo (filing taxes, fixing bugs, etc.). You avoid pain by completing them, but they don't drive real progress. 🟢 Green Tasks: Work that pushes you ahead if finished (launching a new product, implementing a new strategy, etc.).
