We have now surpassed week 97 of construction at X1 Cheltenham Place! Our team has made fantastic progress and we’re thrilled to share the latest updates with you. Some fantastic progress on site at X1 Cheltenham Place 🏗️ All mast climbers are now being utilised by bricklayers and this month also sees brickwork to the cantilever scaffold elevation progressing well - nearing completion to the top of the parapet. Internal works are progressing with roof works also nearing completion and this week sees the glass week balustrade being installed. We had a fantastic time at Peel Waters Chatham Waters Summer Social event on Thursday 11th July.
