In the year ending June 2024 it is reported that there were 1,607 fatalities as a result of road collisions, so this represents a huge risk for our employees that drive for work or drive to work. This month, our safety initiative is Driving Safely and all Xmo Strata employees with a driving licence will be offered the opportunity to take the latest on-line DVLA Safe Driving For Life course. Whilst we often work at height, with fast moving traffic, electric circuits and hazardous vapours, we are able to manage the risks associated with them far easier than we can other road users, so our employees deem driving on company business the highest risk activity that they undertake.
