About us
YEP is the only free membership group that spans the built environment. We are a community of rising stars and future leaders as well as seasoned professionals and industry influencers – developers, investors and end user clients along with all of the disciplines and stakeholders required to deliver exceptional, sustainable projects that benefit society. With 6,000 members, our aim is to benefit ‘You and Everyone in Property’ by providing opportunities for professionals across the UK to network and develop business opportunities, learn new skills, discuss industry challenges, and share industry knowledge. We organise over 50 events a year across chapters in Birmingham, Bristol, Exeter, Leeds, London, Manchester, Sheffield, and Southampton, backed up by active communities on LinkedIn for all of our regions. We are a non-profit making organisation, run by a team of volunteers and funded by corporate and event partners and ticket prices that we keep as low as we can. After the cost of running YEP, we donate any profits to our three amazing charities – Crisis, LandAid and Shelter.

When I set up the Manchester You and Everyone in Property (YEP) Committee in Dec 2024, the launch seemed so far away. Now it's been and gone, and I can't believe how amazing the YEP Manchester Launch event was. Beyond Cannes: Insights from MIPIM 2025 was a huge success, and it wouldn't have been possible without the hard work and contributions from so many people. A massive thank you to everyone who attended and made the event so special. 🙌 Special shout-out to our incredible panel speakers: Matthew Gerken Mike Edge Leanne Wookey, panel moderator Laura Tickle, our Sponsor *DENTON* represented by Katie Hood and our committee contributors: Harry Edgar Pippa Macaulay Lauren Cuthbert Alexandra Murphy. Your efforts truly made the event unforgettable! Stay tuned for photos and videos from the event, which will be up on LinkedIn shortly. Don't forget to check them out, like, comment, and share your thoughts. 📸🎥 We're already gearing up for our next big event and are looking for sponsors. If you or your company are interested, please get in touch via our LinkedIn page or message me directly. Sponsors will get prominent banner displays and the chance to choose a keynote speaker. In the meantime, keep an eye out for our upcoming smaller events, including cutting-edge online and in-person AI tutorials. Exciting times ahead! Looking forward to seeing you all at our next event! Best regards, Lilly Special thanks to Johanna Crabb Jo Ormerod and Sabrina Gallo. Credit to Joe Anderson - photos 1 and 3

A great start to our Think Tank sessions with YEP Leeds YEPManchester and YEP Sheffield. Thanks to our event sponsors, DLP Planning Ltd and the speakers.
A huge thank you to everyone who came along to the first YEP Leeds x YEP Sheffield X YEPManchester Think Tank – kicking off our national YEP Think Tank series. The afternoon was filled with insightful speeches delivered by Bridget Wilkins - Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, Jonathan Wilson - Citu, and Andy Kean - Valos, as well as thought-provoking conversations around how we can use tech in the built environment to improve productivity and sustainability. It was great to also welcome students from School of Built Environment, Engineering and Computing @ Leeds Beckett University and Constructive Futures, bringing fresh ideas from those about to enter the industry. Thanks to our sponsors DLP Planning Ltd and to Helix at the University of Leeds for hosting us in their innovation hub. We are looking forward to continuing these insightful conversations through collaborating with Yasper Agency to capture the findings of the Think Tank in an Insight Report which will form the basis of our presentation to be held later this year at UKREiiF. Stay tuned to find out more about this! 📷 - Vector Photography & Video

We're looking forward to UKREiiF
Leeds is a city that’s got connections! Whether you’re arriving from near or far, getting to #UKREiiF is easy, and you can do it in style while keeping it eco-friendly. ♻️ 🌳 Here’s how 👇 🚆 Hop on a Train Just 0.8 miles from Leeds Train Station, the venue is an easy stroll through the city, or, if you prefer, you can jump on a shuttle bus, rent a bike, or even sail in on a water taxi (yes, really!). Leeds has excellent direct rail links from major UK cities. ⛴️ The Legendary Water Taxi Skip the roads and float your way to UKREiiF! The water taxi, running frequently between Leeds Train Station and the venue, is a fan-favourite for a reason. It’s fun, scenic, and sustainable! 🚌 Shuttle Bus Our official shuttle bus partner First Bus will be providing a shuttle bus service to and from the city to the event venue across event days. Timetable coming soon! 🚴♂️ Pedal Power Join Club Peloton for a group ride to UKREiiF, or cycle solo and enjoy the fresh air. Secure bike storage is available at the venue, so your wheels stay safe while you network and explore.
