What do you really know about me?
For a couple of years, you’ve seen me online and might think, “He does work with youth,” or wonder, “How is he getting all these people to his home?”
Well, let me tell you a little bit about my views, points, and values.
I work so hard to make sure any success or fortune doesn’t make me a balloon.
I rarely attend business events, dinners, or parties—maybe one or two a year. I don’t accept committee invites because I prefer taking meaningful action over just talking.
When I do meet with government officials, I only meet with those in sitting positions. I don’t ask for favors or introductions and create partnerships on my own terms. I owe no one any behind-the-scenes deals, keeping me uncompromised and free of conflicts of interest. If anyone attempts manipulation or aggression, I immediately distance myself from them. Like Taylor Swift says, “I keep my side of the street clean.”
Youth Group has no investors and has never accepted outside investment. I grew up with little, and I have no relationship with my immediate family, nor have I received any financial support from them. We have taken no European funds, and all our revenue comes from genuine industry partnerships. Additionally, we have a policy of not submitting for awards directly.
When I guest speak, it’s only on topics I genuinely believe in, and I always tailor my speeches to provide the audience with maximum value rather than delivering a generic message. This year, I’ve politely turned down all podcast requests.
Kindness is something I value deeply, and I try to practice it as much as I can, even though it can be challenging in a world that often feels harsh. I strive to keep a grounded, humble approach to everything I do.
I’m incredibly ambitious and have a vision to help 100 million youth. I’m working extremely hard to make that vision a reality and won’t stop at anything to achieve it. However, I will never undermine anyone to get ahead; I believe in lifting others up rather than stepping on them to make a name for myself.
I generally avoid meetings after 6 pm and expect my team to disconnect after hours. I often see people boasting about late-night calls, but I can’t help thinking about the employees on the other end.
I’m selective about sharing my phone number, and my email is managed by two incredible young people who are invaluable to my work.
Despite this, we’ve achieved 250% growth this year and even received a significant acquisition offer. I’ve been fortunate to connect with a strong network, yet you won’t find me in negative press or being overly vocal on activism. I stay out of political events to avoid influencing others’ opinions.
Your impact, success, and values can be defined on your terms. Don’t just copy others—create your own path.
