Zanoply Ltd is an architecture company who are nationally recognized for designing planning policy compliant proposals and applying for planning permission across the United Kingdom, with a focus in Greater London, for homeowners, landlords and property investors. Before we accept a project, we conduct a preliminary assessment to determine whether the proposal is viable and if yes, we will send you your requested quote. We will then schedule your site survey at a suitable date and time and after gathering all relevant information, we will begin drafting an interactive 3D model of your existing property and the surrounding areas within your site using BIM software. The existing 3D model will be used to produce a planning policy compliant design that best optimizes the scope of work whilst enhancing the success rate of securing planning permission. After we are both happy with the proposed design, we will select the requisite planning application type that best suits the proposal and submit our planning application with all required documents to support the proposal. Now that we have submitted our planning application, we will routinely monitor the progress whilst ensuring that you are kept uptodate and liaise with the Local Planning Authority during the assessment process until we receive a decision. We have had the pleasure of working across all 32 boroughs of Greater London, including City of London, and dozens of cities across England from Luton to Manchester towards the North, Chelmsford to Stanford-le-Hope towards the East, Royal Tunbridge Wells to Hastings towards the South and Reading to Oxford towards the West, among others. And, we have had the pleasure of working closely with the same clients and their recommended family and friends year after year.
