Manage SQL databases, including troubleshooting, optimization, and maintenance tasks. Configure and generate MIS (Management Information System) reports as per business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in GINESYS systems. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in GINESYS Technical Support or a related field. Strong knowledge of SQL database management. Experience in configuring and customizing MIS reports. MS Office 365. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
