You'll Be Responsible For
- Delivering delegated elements of an annual business plan to time and budget
- Facilitating external certification audits.
- Facilitating the internal audit programme including supporting the delivery of internal audits.
- Administering the audit process including audit notifications, requesting audit documentation ensuring audits are organised effectively.
- Assisting with reviewing management system content for appropriateness, improvement, and implementation.
- Assisting with the production of reporting information.
- Assisting with the production of communication articles, plans and communication collateral to assist driving the quality communication strategy.
- Assisting with all the activities that are reported on in management review.
- Assisting with development of training materials.
- Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Knowledge of management principles and operational controls through the delivery lifecycle.
- Understanding of key project controls and processes such as design, procurement, tendering and project delivery.
- Knowledge and understanding of current industry standards and regulations.
- Experience in development and implementation of tools and techniques in an operational environment.
- Good knowledge of Office 365 suite of tools.
- Excellent written skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly.
- Good organisational skills making meeting arrangements, planning own work.
- Ability to use initiative and to make appropriate decisions.
We are also open to discussing part-time, flexible, and hybrid working options if suitable within the role.
